Following on from our fitness on Sunday we have decided to trial delivering yoga sessions online, this is taking place this Wednesday 6-7pm and will be taken by an experienced instructor.
It will be dynamic yoga rather than relax and contemplate which will hopefully help everyone’s flexibility and core strength, key things in hockey.
It will be delivered over Zoom and we will send out access details shortly, no equipment other a mat or towel to exercise on is needed.
