Wayne Brown's side came in to the game with only one available central defender, with both Joe Turpin and Harry Taylor unavailable. Striker, Shomari Barnwell deputised in central defence.
In the 6th minute, the Jammers opened the scoring with smart work by Lordon Akolbire, resulting in a cross on to the foot of Charlee Hughes who converted from close range.
Similar to the first half, Brown's side scored early in the second half, this time after seven minutes. Malachi Napa broke free down the right hnd side, before delivering a cross in to the box. The ball fell kindly for Charlee Hughes, who bundled the ball home from close range for his second of the evening.
With 15 minutes to go, Grays pulled a goal back through a goal-mouth scramble, however the Jammers managed to see the game out to continue their recent good form and hold their 100% record in the league so far this season.
