The two sides meet having both been on national television in the last few seasons, following impressive runs in the most famous competition in the world.
Haringey Borough were shown live on TV in 2018 when they welcome AFC Wimbledon, only losing by a single goal to nil, from a goal in the 89th minute - much like Maldon's defeat over Newport County last season - that was Haringey's best ever run in the competition, however they have reached at least the 4th Qualifying Round in the last four season, which is a tremendous achievement and one they should be proud of. Last season, they lost at home to Yeovil Town of the Conference Premier in the 4th Qualifying Round.
Interesting Fact:
Haringey Borough have not lost to a side in the same division as them or lower since they lost to Heybridge Swifts on 14 October 2017 in the 4th Qualifying Round.
Saturday's showdown will see the return of Laste Dombaxe, after his departure from Park Drive in the Summer of 2020. During two seasons with the Jammers, Dombaxe made a total of sixty-three appearances, scoring six goals in the process. Since joining Haringey, Laste has already recorded an impressive three goals in just nine matches.

The two sides have met a number of times over the last 10 years, however have only met once before Saturday as a result of Haringey's promotion to the Isthmian Premier Division in 2018. Who can remember the thrilling play-off semi-final between the two teams in April 2017? It was certainly a game to remember.
