Our three year Development Plan stated that, Malmesbury Cricket Club needs to ‘up its game’ both on and off the pitch to not only survive but prosper in this competitive age.
It set out simple, achievable measures to ensure our success.

On the field:
* Adult Open Age to achieve WEPL Cricket (1 teir above current)
* Transition more U15s to adult cricket.
* Add 3rd team for more diverse cricket.

Women’s team.

Off the field:
* Purchase ground/long lease.
* Replace buildings.
* Continuous Improvement - Better access, training facilities, scoreboards, sight screens, modernise funding, fund raising.
