At 11am on Sunday 8th November, a minutes silence is to be held as a sign of our ongoing respect and remembrance of all those service personnel who have bravely and selflessly fought for and defended this country throughout its history.

Normally, we would gather all present teams, MRC & others, to join us for a minutes silence around our memorial, with poppies laid down as a sign off respect. Unfortunately, this year, due to the ongoing COVID19 pandemic, we respectfully ask that all MRC members, players and supporters stay at home as per Government guidance.

We request that club kit is worn and that the silence is respected in the same exceptional way that it is each year. As much as we would all like to be together at this time, as a club we remain committed to following the guidelines to help life return back to normal as soon as possible, with as minimum disruption to our community in the North West and wider UK.
