Information and Registration
Good Evening as we progress to a new season, here is the information for the upcoming season.
Registration: -
The EIHA are moving to a new system this summer which means the club will manually register the players and collect money on behalf of the EIHA. The club will also be asked to pay a blanket fee this season to cover all off ice officials to be registered. With this in mind and o cover the other training costs required of volunteers, we are re-introducing a £10 club registration fee if paid before 21st August as an early bird discount, if paid after the fee will be £15 and amended after this date.

Subscription Fees: -
It is unfortunate at the moment that the cost of many things are going up and as a club we are no immune to this. The following are subscription fees for all age groups.
We continue to offer a 20% sibling discount and any 3rd sibling or more are free. For any player that has been advised of being in the training squad will be on a pay as you play basis for games, the fee will be advised by your manager at the start of the season parents evening for your team.

As last year we will give the option to pay this over a period of up to 11 months. We will use gocardless again this season, and if you sign up to the mandate we can now offer any payment date between 20th and 30th of each month. As we pay for ice a month ahead the first payment will be in August if taking the 11 month option. A further message will be sent with regards to signing up via gocardless.
Training Times
We have secured the ice time for Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday for next season. The training times for your teams will be updated soon in the Pitchero calendar, we expect no change in the times as compared to last season. Your manager will confirm this.
We will start the season on Tuesday 6th September and it will run until 1st June 2023. These sessions are included in the subscription payments, there could be sessions offered outside of these dates, these will be additional paid for sessions to cover the ice charges.
