As we start to look towards next season, we are looking to fill a number of important roles to help run the club.
We are looking for people that want to support the club to be successful and have skills to be effective in the following roles:
Treasurer
Assist with general financial management and administration of the club including tracking of payments via our banking App, as well as arranging payments such as ice time costs, or reimbursement of referee fees.
Events and Fundraising Lead
Lead the coordination and organisation of club wide social events to develop and grow our community, and also arrange fundraising activity to support the club with things like the purchase of training equipment or to reduce the costs for players to attend tournaments and other events.
Fixtures secretary/Ice time manager
Working with the EIHA and the rink, arrange the game playing times on Saturdays and Sundays. Also managed any changes to ice time usage for training purposes with the ice rink.
It is really important to help the running of the club that parents/guardians get involved, so if feel you can assist in one of these roles please do apply. However, if one of these roles is not for you, there may be other areas you can get involved with, so please don’t be afraid to ask how you can help or if you have any ideas around other roles please do share these.
