Covid Officer
All Clubs must appoint a Covid-19 Officer. This Officer must constantly monitor FA Guidelines and ensure that all updated information is communicated to all Players, Coaches, Staff, Volunteers, Officials and Spectators

The Hazard
An individual contracting COVID-19 whilst at Cossham Street Mangotsfield.

General
Please follow the FA and Government guidance on COVID-19 at all times.
If you are displaying COVID-19 symptoms, please stay at home
Mangotsfield United will ensure adequate supplies of PPE and hand sanitiser.
Mangotsfield United Clubhouse and Changing Rooms will be cleaned regularly and thoroughly.
Visiting teams to make themselves familiar with MUFC COVID-19 measures prior to or on arrival and to communicate the requirements to their players and officials.

Travel
Everyone attending friendlies should travel individually or with people from their own household.

Arrival
Everyone should use the hand sanitiser on arrival (on the walls at the Clubhouse entrance foyer).
Everyone who uses the Clubhouse must sign the sheets provided giving their contact details (Name and Phone Number).
If only entering the ground sheets can be found to the right of the turnstiles by the Club Shop.

Changing rooms
Everyone should use hand sanitiser at the changing room entrances.
Only 2 people at a time to use showers. Players to shower by rotation.
Match officials will observe social distancing while changing and showering.
Players to change in designated space and clean area after use for next person.
Team talks including at half time to take place outside, ensuring social distancing at all times.

Player conduct
No handshakes
No spitting
No goal celebrations
Players to maintain social distancing when talking to officials.
All players to bring their own labelled water bottles, there will be no sharing of bottles.
Players and management to use additional dugout seating to maintain social distancing.
Physio
Physio to wear appropriate PPE at all times when treating players.

Spectators
Capacity for spectators is capped at 200 for the first friendly and thereafter it will be 400.
Spectators to observe 2m social distancing at all times while standing around the pitch or seated in the stand. Seating in the stand is limited and only people from their own household should sit together, otherwise in rows open social distancing must be observed.
If walking around the ground please keep to the left at all times. The area from the end of the Main stand to the Changing Rooms is for using the facilities and canteen only. It will be a non viewing area for spectators.

Clubhouse
Everyone should use the hand sanitiser at the clubhouse entrance.
After buying a drink individuals should move away from the bar and find a seat. There will be no standing at the bar.
There will be no food available in the club house during or after the match.
The tables will be 2 metres apart at all times.
Everyone should maintain social distancing at all times.
There will be a one way system in place within the clubhouse, please observe the signs around the Clubhouse.
Card and cash payments will be accepted.
Only three people at a time to use the toilets in the Clubhouse.

Track and trace
Mangotsfield United will maintain a regular list of players, management and committee for track and trace. Opposition players and management are asked to provide their details at the sign in desk on arrival.
Within government guidelines visitor’s details will be shredded after the allotted time.
These guidelines are for your own safety and to make your visit as enjoyable as possible in these uncertain times. We ask that if you have to queue for anything please do so patiently as everyone will be working hard to reduce your wait.
