Same Again For 'Field

Same Again For 'Field

Danny West20 Jan 2013 - 09:04

After Saturday's postponement Richard Thompson has named the same eighteen man squad for Tuesday's rearranged home fixture against Bridgwater Town.

The two clubs had already provisionally agreed to make a second attempt to play the fixture on Tuesday should the match on Saturday fall victim to the recent snow.

Just to recap Ryan Bath returns to the squad after a groin injury which ruled the targetman out of the previous three fixture and Joe Turley is available after missing last weeks 3-0 against Bishops Cleeve. New signing Adnan Hiroli (pictured) is also named in the squad after coming on as a second half substitute against Bishops Cleeve.

Currently sitting in tenth place in the league on 27 points Bridgwater arrive at Cossham Street having not played for two weeks. Last time out the Somerset based side managed by Kevin Milsom went down at home by a single goal to Merthyr Tydfil after suffering a 3-1 home defeat against Paulton Rovers the previous week.

When the sides met at Fairfax Park back in October Mangotsfield earned a deserved point with a 1-1 draw on a controversial afternoon which saw Mangotsfield play with ten men for much of the second half after the seemingly harsh dismissal of Tom Parrinello and the award to Bridgwater of a hotly disputed late penalty.

Squad: Kevin Sawyer, Neil Arndale, Tom Parrinello, Lee Marshall, Charlie Hitchings, Shaun Lamb, Matt Thorne, Kyle Thomas, Todd Winter, Joe Turley, Kyle Tooze, Nick Dunn, Mike Whittington, Ben Hunt, Josh Klein Davies, Marcus Duharty, Ryan Bath, Adnan Hiroli.

*Details on any planned pitch inspection or postponement will be made available on MUFC Online as soon as known and also on the clubs social media outlets.
