Not since November 2013 had Park won an away tie at this level, stretching back 19 games either side of an immediate return from Midlands 4 West South last season.
But this victory at Mayo Road earned Kevin Venus his 24th competitive success in 27 games as head coach.
The challenges were plentiful heading into the third match day of the campaign.
Influential forwards Charlie Wilson and Simon Hall were unavailable while last season's top try scorer, Joe Graham, was also missing.
The hosts absorbed Manor's early pressure and registered the game's first points with a penalty kick.
But Park hit back later in the half to score the game's opening try when Stephen Ballard and Callum Bishop combined to send Adie Hall roaring under the posts, affording Chris Morewood a simple conversion.
Before the interval Shipston reduced the deficit to one with a second successful penalty.
But Park widened the gap when Hall controlled a powerful scrum at the tail to touchdown and score an unimproved try.
Injury problems continued to hamper Manor as Jamie Garratt required hospital treatment for a thumb injury, but their resolve was unbreakable.
A scoreless second half ensured another fine win for this Manor Park team, ahead of the visit of the only team to beat them last season; Upton-on-Severn, on Saturday afternoon.
Steve Bates' valiant defensive performance earned him special praise and the team manager's player of the match while Spud Ballard was named coach's man of the match - but none of the Manor Park boys were found wanting as they reaffirmed they truly belong at this level of rugby.
