The club is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic manager to work within the club’s team structure, on a voluntary basis, to support the development of players and the transition from Reserve to First Team football.

Job Title:
Reserve Team Manager

Responsibilities:
The main purpose of the role is to help guide and develop players and where appropriate help them progress from amateur to semi professional level football.

The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of activity regarding the squad:
Be inventive/develop new ideas to promote our club vision and values;
Organise coaching/training sessions;
Support the club’s development model to create and enhance a player pathway from youth to adult football;
Manage player discipline;
Support income generation to ensure break even.

Ideal requirements:
Level 2 FA Certificate in coaching or substantial management experience with a desire to achieve certification;
FA First Aid Certificate;
Managerial experience at step 7 or above.

The role is voluntary.
