Marine fans have their chance to see Neil Young's new-look squad in action tomorrow afternoon (Sat 13th July) as they host National League South side Dulwich Hamlet in their opening pre-season fixture.
The Hamlet are on a whistle-stop tour of the North-West, and are due to play Chester this evening (Friday) at the Deva Stadium, before heading to Crosby to take on the Mariners in a repeat of the 1931/32 FA Amateur Cup Final played at West Ham United in front of 22,000 spectators.
The FA Amateur Cup itself will be a very special guest at the MTA on the day, accompanied by FA security staff. The Cup will be displayed in the club boardroom, and also on the pitch as the players make their entrance to add to the nostalgia.
The Graham Lounge will be open to all supporters from 11:30am on Saturday, and the new "Mighty Mariner 125" cask ale, brewed locally by Stamps Brewery, will be on sale.
The game is all-pay, with admission of £5 for adults and £3 concessions. Please note that kick-off is at the earlier than usual time of 1pm.
