19 year old Joe is a highly rated goalkeeper who joined the Mariners on loan from Everton in January until the end of 2018-19.The 6'6" custodian joined Everton's Academy from Manchester City in 2016.
Having impressed for both the U18s and U23s his progress was rewarded with a new one year contract with the Toffees in July 2018.
