After meeting at the club, the Sidebottoms took a fantastic coaching session with our youngsters at Harton Technology College. Everyone present thoroughly enjoyed the great opportunity on offer and Ryan later singled out a few of our young bowlers for having great potential (Mr Tully and Bassett (aka Shane Warne and Paul Adams)), but both him and Arnie were very impressed with the standard of the juniors overall.

After training, the Sidebottoms watched our first team take on Evenwood at The Den, where our very inexperienced side (due to a wedding) held out for the draw.

Finally, in the evening there was a question and answer session, which was thoroughly entertaining and at times hilarious! The only disappointment being that although they tried hard to persuade him otherwise, Ryan was unavailable to open the bowling for the Social XI on Sunday. Perhaps next year Ryan ;)
