Marshalls Trials 2022

Hi All

I have attached a Trial Form for you to fill in and return.

Please read it carefully and return to Sarah, Sophie or myself by the date on the form.

Please do not expect us to chase you for the form, it is better to fill in and return it to us sooner rather than later, then it does not get forgotten.

Everybody will be trialling on both days. If for some reason you can only make one of the dates fill it in on the form as requested.

Kind Regards

Sheila

Additional information:
It was agreed at the Marshalls AGM held on the 7th June that we will be entering 8 adult teams in the Essex Met League.
This season each team will have a squad of players, as opposed to the straight 7.
To progress in the adult leagues, it is vital that we build on the number of regular people attending our Monday and Thursday night training sessions. This will not only benefit players individually, with regard to fitness and skill, but also help form a strong team with regard to strategies, communication and morale. It may also be a factor when deciding the ‘starting’ line up at matches on a Saturday. Monday night training is for the Purple, Yellow, Red, Black, Gold & White Teams. Pink and Silver teams will train on a Thursday.
It is very important that you are honest with the question above about training commitment as this may have an impact on what team you are selected for.
