Players from both the junior and senior teams pay their respects to club and league stalwarts.

The club was saddened to hear the news that Katie Draper had passed away just before Christmas. Katie and partner Tom Merry were keen volunteers at the club when son Lewis was playing for Marston Saints. With the youth teams on their Christmas break the club felt that it was better to show our respects upon the return and that was the weekend just gone, unfortunately news broke that former OMYFL Secretary Steve Simmonds had also sadly passed away and the OMYFL asked for clubs to have a minutes applause.
With these two bits of sad news the U7's, U8's and U10's paid tribute to Steve Simmonds with a minutes applause, while the U16's and the Reserves paid tribute to Katie witha minutes silence before their respective fixtures.
Our condolences and thoughts go to Tom, Curtis and Lewis Merry and also to Mary Simmonds at this sad time.
