2. Medway Dragons RLFC Club Builder is an equal chance Lottery Draw. Ticket purchases are available to Medway Dragons RLFC members as a Private Society, non-commercial Lottery as defined in the Gambling Act 2005, Additional Terms and Conditions, including Arbitration as per the Gambling Act 2005.

3. Ticket ‘numbers’ will be issued by Medway Dragons RLFC and will allocated on a first come first served basis. Members may choose unallocated numbers. There is no restriction on the quantity of Tickets ‘numbers’ a member can purchase. No person under the age of 18 years may hold a Ticket number.

4. Each Ticket ‘number’ is deemed to have been reserved for one year (purchased at £5 per month) and members have an option to retain the ‘number’ on an annual basis. One months notice is to be given before the cancellation of your support. After cancellation Medway Dragons RLFC reserves the right to reallocate the Ticket ‘number’.

5. The monthly Ticket ‘number’ fee of £5.00 is to be paid monthly by standing order, with the exception of the first two months from joining where an upfront payment of £10 per Ticket ‘number’ will be required. Ticket ‘number’ fees have to be paid by the last day of the previous month to be ‘live’ in the next months draw.

6. Each number purchased will be entered into the monthly draw for three prizes. The first number drawn out will win the highest prize and will not be entered for the second and third prizes. The second number drawn out will not be entered for the third prize.

7. The monthly draw will take place at the beginning of each month at either an Open Age / Masters Saturday home fixture or the Medway Dragons RLFC Management Meeting – whichever comes first.

8. The winners will be notified by telephone (to be confirmed by email) as soon as possible after the draw and prizes will be sent by cheque to the address held on record. The monthly draw results will be displayed in the Medway Dragons RLFC Club House.

9. The total amount collected for each monthly draw will be split: 50% will go to the Club Builder monthly prize fund and 50% will go to Medway Dragons RLFC funds.

10. The Club Builder monthly prize fund will be split into three prizes: first 60%, second 25% and third 15%.

11. The rights created by the Ticket ‘number’ are non-transferable.

12. Ticket ‘numbers’ can only be purchased by Members of Medway Dragons RLFC.
