Rob Butler, our own local hero who began his Rugby League journey at Medway Dragons in 2008, made a great start to his career with the stellar Warrington Wolves team as they smashed Leigh in the Super League

Coming off the bench in the first half Rob began to make an impact from his first moments, a highlight coming when he sat Tyrone McCarthy down with a blockbusting run. Rob put in a great effort over two stints and made up a formidable middle with Chrism Hill, Mike cooper and Robbie Mulhearn.

There were some very proud people, watching in the Medway Towns, as one of own already and England Knights international, made another huge step playing with one of the best football teams in the Europe
