The War Memorial Ground home of Mellish, is situated on West side of the B684, opposite The Travellers Rest Pub. 2 miles East of the turn off from the A614 Ollerton Road just North of the town of Arnold.

By Bus the 56 (towards Arnold or Nottingham) using the Edison Way stop and 61 (towards Calverton or Nottingham) using the Spring Lane stop, which are located a short 10-15 minute walk from the club

Is there parking at The War Memorial Ground?
The War Memorial Ground has ample parking however at times on match days it can be extremely busy and we ask you to be considerate and cooperate with any parking attendants if they are on duty.
Mini & Junior matchdays on Sunday's are particularly busy and we would ask that where possible people travelling to the club consider the environment, car share where possible.
Please be considerate of our neighbours and not park on the road outside the club or in The Travellers Rest car park.
How do I know what Changing Rooms and / or Pitch we are using?
The changing rooms will have been pre allocated for your match along with your pitch and / or training area, these allocations are located on the boards as you enter the changing room corridor.
Where can I fill water bottles?
There is a dedicated tap next to the changing room door, which is for filling water bottles.
Do you have covered spectator seating?
We have limited covered seating benches on the nearside of Pitch 1. All other spectator areas are uncovered and as such please come prepared for the elements.
What will the weather be like?
Ask the Met Office.
In the event of adverse weather you will be contacted by your Team Manager.
What do we expect?
Mellish RFC are committed to follow the Core Values of rugby and it is important that our visitors do so too. These values are: Teamwork, Respect, Enjoyment, Discipline and Sportsmanship (TREDS).
We ask all players, coaches and supporters to respect officials and their decisions. Respect opposition players, coaching staff and supporters. Observe fair play on and off the pitch.
Enjoy the game showing your team and the opposition the respect and support they deserve.
Please no boots in the Clubhouse.
What facilities are available before and after the game?
Mellish RFC has a fully managed facility with licensed bar and kitchen. On match days a range of cooked foods are available to all visitors and the public. The club has a number large screens and run a number of social events throughout the year.
