Membership Benefits
Joining Mellish RFC means more than just playing rugby—you become part of a vibrant, supportive community. Benefits include:
The club are also working with their sponsors and partners to try and provide discounts to those who hold a valid Mellish RFC membership with more details to follow during the season.
How to Purchase Your Membership
All memberships will now be managed online via the RFU Game Management System (GMS). This change reduces admin for our volunteers and unlocks new features like digital membership cards.
For Senior Members:
We’re transitioning away from standing orders and direct debits via banks or Pitchero. Please switch to GMS payments by 1 October 2025 to avoid disruption. This allows time to cancel existing payments and set up your new membership smoothly.
For Mini & Junior Members:
This marks the first move to online payments. Memberships can now be purchased during player registration for the upcoming season.
Note: This change only affects membership payments. Pitchero remains our club website provider.

Digital Membership Cards
New for 2025–26! Once you purchase your membership through GMS, you can download your digital card to your Apple or Google Wallet—making it easy to claim your club discounts.
We also ask that you upload a headshot photo to your GMS profile so it appears on your membership card. This helps us verify memberships quickly and easily at the club. To change your headshot, simply navigate to your profile details in GMS and upload a photo.
