Tough Start To The New Season Away To Newark

Newark V Mellish Under 13s

A great performance today against two very strong sides from Newark. Close fought in the first game with us unlucky not to score more than two tries. Twice held up when the ball was mauled over the try line.
The second game was against a much tougher team who moved the ball very well and ran around us. Again, we were able to run in a couple of tries and the whole squad gave there all and never gave up.
So, lots to work on in training in the next few weeks. Onwards to our next game.
