Metropolitan Police FC have been handed an away trip to Balham FC in the Extra Preliminary Round of the Emirates FA Cup. The tie marks the beginning of our FA Cup campaign for the 2026/27 season, with a local encounter against fellow South London opposition. Balham will enjoy home advantage, but the Met will be looking to make a positive start in one of football's most prestigious competitions and progress into the Preliminary Round. The winner will move one step closer to the First Round Proper, where the dream of a memorable cup run remains alive.

The winners of the tie, will face an away trip the winners of either Pagham or Hollands & Blair in the Preliminary Round.

In the FA Vase, Metropolitan Police FC have been drawn at home to Stansfeld FC in the Second Round Qualifying. The draw gives the Met the advantage of home surroundings as we begin our Vase campaign against a competitive Stansfeld side.
