Blues make it 5 wins on the bounce...

Following a floodlight issue, the blues welcomed Yate town in a delayed kick off. It was the visiting side who left the blues empty handed back in October with a last minute error from their former goalkeeper.

The early stages saw the blues take the lead after a good delivery by Knight met the foot of Mazzone at the far post who just snuck it in.

A dominant blues side almost doubled their first half lead, when Cursons burst through and had his shot clatter the inside of the post into the hands of Foster.

The visitors failed to create any opportunities past a solid blues defence that left Forster untested.

The visitors couldn't break through a very dominant defence that kept on denying them of any hope back in the game.

The home side settled the game after Mazzone doubled the scoreline after beating the defender and catching the bottom corner as Foster was slightly off his line. His goal was followed by his departure from the field as Proctor came on.
