On the 1 June 2023, our Youth AGM was held
Objective to discuss the season in full, discuss changes and recommendations for the upcoming season and appoint officers for the next 12 months.

It should be noted that attendance of the event wasn't very high, with representatives from the following teams only
U7 Orange, U8 Orange, U9 Orange, U12s and U13s Blue and Orange.

Committee shall review the date next year as it did fall during a half term week, however this won't account fully for the low turn out, given our extremely high volume of coaches, players and parents.

A key item discussed was our registration fee for the upcoming season, which was accepted by those present.

An increase from £150 to £165 for all teams.
Inline with the treasurers report of a loss reported for the season of c£3k, with further increases to costs expected. Increase was agreed to be a requirement to avoid a 2nd year of losses. The key reason for the increase is the 3G pitch hire costs which have risen by 16% in the past 12 months.
Despite the financial loss for the season, which was expected at the beginning of the campaign, we are now in a strong position to at least break even for the coming season, with significant investment for Welfare, Coaching Courses and Equipment in the past 12 months.
It has been agreed that registration fees for those with siblings also playing for the club will see a reduction in the fee to £140 per child.
