A vacancy has opened for Coaching & Performance Director at Mold RFC, primarily to lead our Senior Squad Coaching Team. See full article for details.

Mold RFC was refounded in 1974 and since then has endeavoured to be at the forefront of rugby in the Community. We field 3 senior teams, a Youth side, a thriving Minis & Juniors Section (354 players) and Mini Minis, 4 – 6 year olds (60).

We are looking for a Coaching & Performance Director to primarily lead our Senior Squad Coaching Team but also to develop and lead our internal coach education and player development across all the age groups. This is a fantastic opportunity to coach an ambitious Senior Squad but also to be involved in the development of Coaches and Players at a Club who has great aspirations on and off the pitch.

In keeping with the candidate, which we intend to attract and recruit, we are offering a competitive remuneration package based on experience, qualifications and track record.

The priority of the successful applicant will be to lead our Senior Squad’s pre-season training for season 2018/19. This person will then be accountable for leading the performance of the Senior Squad. The Club employs both a fully qualified Physiotherapist and Sports Masseuse.

This is an outstanding opportunity to play a key role in the future of one of North Wales’ largest Rugby Clubs, working alongside a focused and ambitious Board, always looking to contribute to the Clubs
ongoing success.
