In soccer you can't always identify talent since soccer can be more physical, however in FUTSAL you notice the small details of quality, class and tactical understanding.

Now boasting 4 teams over 2 age groups our FUTSAL club is still in its infancy however the interest is growing rapidly. playing every fortnight at Blue Flames Whitley Park under FUTSAL UK the lads are learning their trade well. Our U13 reds and blacks have both played a game each winning very convincingly 14 - 2 and 17 - 1 respectively, they also have a game each this Friday where they hope to extend there learning of the game. They also have 5 boys testing there skills playing for Gateshead Futsal Club in a very competitive league being ran by Durham FA, well done keep up the good work.

The clubs U11's had their first taste of Monkseaton Futsal last Friday where they played a very good team that had been playing for a few weeks together, unfortunately they lost the game but hopefully they had fun playing and learning all about the sport.

The other U11's will also to play this week. This will be for most of the lads their first game but whether they win, loose or draw lets hope they come back for more and enjoy themselves.
