Ammies on form

AFC Monton hosted League new boys Avenue for this Manchester League fixture and were forced to dig deep to secure the three points against a very good outfit.
Our visitors were well organised, disciplined and committed from start to finish and Monton had to match them in all departments which they did with equal measure. Overall the Ammies deserved the win and it was good to see them play with good tempo and quality control of the game.
Monton`s goalscorers were Adam Campbell and skipper Aaron Swift.
