Today, Roselea travelled to the Aberdeen Sports Village to play Bridge of Don Thistle.

Again, a few players were unavailable and the following team was selected : McCormack, McDonald, Reoch, Stephen, Soutar, Taylor, Bailey, Beedie, Thomson, Greig, Alberts. Substitutes were Tweed ( GK), Airens, Davidson, Gill, Jamieson, E Watson.

On a beautiful, sunny day, Roselea edged the first twenty minutes of the game. Roselea had a strong appeal for a penalty in the 12th minute. However, following a water break, they lost concentration and on the break, a ball was played through to Wozniak who slotted the ball past McCormack to open the scoring. They then clipped the post before the half time whistle blew : BOD Thistle 1, Roselea 0.
In the second half, an Alberts free kick was saved by the keeper, Joe Reoch saw an effort come off the bar and Airens missed a great chance to equalise.
Airens had come on for Taylor and Davidson for Greig but an equaliser could not be found.

This was a game where Roselea should have at least taken a point but it was not to be. The performance was a bit flat but hopefully the team can lift themselves for the game against Banks O' Dee on Tuesday evening.
