It is with a very heavy heart that we have to announce the passing of a much-loved Moortown member and player, Tommy Pritchard.

Tommy was known on the field for his much-vaunted scrummaging ability and off the field for his massive personality, fantastic sense of humour and all-round good nature.

He was part of the side that shot to the Yorkshire 1 title with a record points tally, points difference and scrummaging penalties.

He will be dearly missed by all at the club and we send our condolences and best wishes to his family at this incredibly difficult time.
