Five players have joined The Lilywhites this week.

Mossley Association Football Club can confirm that five players have signed with the club this week.

Speaking in their programme notes prior to last night's victory over Altrincham, managers Pete Band and Lloyd Morrison announced that the club have completed the signings of former Port Vale striker Liam Mottram, Midfielder Kieran Dale from Northwich Victoria and Jake Bates (formerly of Bury FC).

We are also delighted to announce that academy players, David Odumusu and Akosah Gideon Offe, have signed Evo-Stik League forms with the club.

The pair have made the step up to the first team, after impressing the management staff in several training sessions.

Goalkeeper Odumusu was previously with League of Ireland side Dundalk while Midfielder Offe joins from Italian side ASD Godigese.

Speaking via Twitter, Goalkeeping Coach Chris Appleton said: "Delighted to see Mossley Academy players Akosah Offe and David Odumusu sign for Mossley FC tonight."
