2 new Fun Friday Fitness sessions for adults starting 13th September. Cardio at 6.30 and female only high intensity at 7.30


I have two very exciting tennis sessions launching at Mossley Hill Tennis Club on Friday evenings starting on the 13th of September.

From 6:30-7:30pm will be Cardio Tennis Extreme

and 7:30-8:30pm is a female only tennis class called Tennis Hiit.

Cardio Tennis Extreme is a great class if you want to hit lots of tennis balls yet also tone up, lose weight and push yourself to new limits.

Tennis Hiit is what it says on the tin. A 'High Intensity Interval Training' class for females only. The exercises are designed for female bodies and will help you get stronger and increase fitness, which will help when it comes to those long gruelling tennis matches.

Both of these classes are played to music and are really good fun. There is no better way to start your weekend!!
