“Torquay v Chelmsford is the only outstanding match in the divisions fixture list”
There are now just eight matches left to play for all but two teams.
Woking and Torquay United are still going head-to-head for the sole automatic promotion spot; while the 'loser' will have to appear again in the semi-final stage of the play-off competition. Both teams have tough matches although Torquay appear to have the advantage.
Bath City, Welling United, Chelmsford City, Dartford and Billericay Town are the five teams aiming to take the second semi-final play-off berth - they are only separated by three points and they all have a five point advantage in their play-off ambitions over the 8th placed team.
At the other end of the table Dulwich Hamlet and Truro City play a 'six-pointer' to keep ahead of the relegation threatened clubs.
At the foot of the table Weston-s-Mare are 11 points adrift of safety with just 8 games left!
