The game is set to kick off at 19:30 with the turnstiles open from 18:30. Individual adult tickets can be purchased for £5 and concessions will cost £3 each. The club will be allowed 300 fans on the day.
This will be Nelson's second pre-season friendly at Victoria Park, after the Admirals gave a fantastic account of themselves against a very strong Southport team on Saturday.
The Blue's did suffer a 3-0 loss to the Sandgrounders, but they showed a high level of confidence and Andy Harrison and his men will be expecting a good game on Tuesday.
The Nelson manager when questioned about their next two games said: "We head into this game on the back of what I thought was a good overall performance against Southport.
"We have a huge game on Saturday in the Vase so this is the final preparation for that.
"We will be giving minutes to the lads who need them, we're having a final look at a few things and hopefully we'll get through with no injuries.
"It's fantastic that Stanley want to bring a side to you, for a few years, for one reason or another it's not happened, so we will relish the occasion and enjoy it.
"It was brilliant to see so many people down on Saturday and it looked from my view as if everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves.
"That's what I am all about this season, it's been a shocking six months for many, I want everybody here; players, fans, parents and the owners to enjoy themselves and walk away with a smile on their faces, job done for me that."
To finish off Andy Harrison spoke about any injuries in the Nelson squad: "We don't have any injuries thankfully, a few lads have little niggles so we will assess them in the coming days, but I would expect us to be somewhere near full strength at least for 45 minutes."
After Tuesday night's friendly against Accrington, Nelson will face a long trip away to Carlisle City on Saturday (19/09/20) at 15:00 in the FA Vase.
