Ex Professional Matty played for Burnley from 2002 where he made 13 appearances before being loaned out to near neighbours Accrington Stanley in 2005. After 3 appearances on loan, he joined them permanently in the 2005/6 season and made a further 3 appearances.The following season, Matty signed for Radcliffe Borough where he made 85 appearances scoring 11 times before moving to Ashton United.
Joined the Admirals in November 2013.
