Biography

A product of the Newcastle United and Blackburn Rovers academies, Peter links up with the Admiral's current manager Mark Fell for the second time after being part of the 2006 Chorley side in which Fell was part of Paul Lodge's management team.

He holds an FA Trophy winners` medal for Burscough and he got both goals as the Linnets beat Yeovil Town on the way to the 2003 FA Trophy Final.

As one of the North West's top non-League strikers, Wright scored twenty-eight goals last season in the NPL First Division South with Leek Town.

Since signing for the Admirals in 2013, he has continued that rich vein of form and continues to be one of the leagues most prolific strikers, scoring 38 goals in 37 games to become to NWCFL top scorer in 2013/14.
