Elections at AGM Weds 19 June 2019

There will be elections at the AGM for the Club Officers and Committee; President and Vice President; and Trustees.

Members need to be present at the meeting in person to vote - there is no proxy voting.

As well as receiving reports on the past year, Members also will have an opportunity to hear about plans for the future and have a hand in shaping proposed changes.

In case of any difficulty, Members of the Club can request a copy of the Agenda etc by email from the Secretary. Copies also will be available at the meeting

Bars will be open before the AGM starts at 7.30pm.
