Good all round performance against a good tactically aware Stafford team. Conditions took a turn for the worse meaning players and parents had to contend with cold wet conditions which affected the passing style of both teams. Tougher tests await over the weeks ahead and the breakdown area is one that needs to be improved if we are to play the kind of Rugby we saw to the end of last season. Strong running from Kian in particular and some good kicking from both Jon and oliver Power meant that we never looked like losing but all credit to Stafford for never giving up. Well done to all involved.
