Newport Pagnell Town manager Darren Lynch on their 3-2 win against Oadby Town:
"We played an improving Oadby today and they will feel unlucky not to have come away with at least a point, but my lads showed if nothing else a lot of grit and determination not to get beat, we've been off the boil a bit recently but managing to grind out wins.
We started very slow today and Oadby took advantage with a great strike to take the lead, we were awarded a pen and Fazel levelled before slack defending again allowed them to take a half time lead!
Second half we improved a little bit and was given another stonewall pen which Fazel again dispatched. We then took the lead through another set piece when a free kick was converted by Adam Pryke, we saw the game out quite comfortably after that and I'll take the 3 points which sets us up nicely for the Eynesbury game on Monday."
