Northallerton Juniors are a Charter Standard Development Club.
Northallerton Juniors was formed in 1985 by Dave Rennison and
Alan Spence.

Starting in the Richmond League at U12's having many players aged
9-10 years old.

Each year new players joined new teams formed, managers found
D Rennison, J Lagan, K Pratt, M Coyle, S Gledhill, A Jackson, P Wilson,
Mrs J Cleminson, and Mrs J Spence along with many others past and
present.

The Under 14's were the first team to play in the TJFA and won the
League and Cup two years running .The team was a very good side
consisting of players such as Andy Dawson who played for Nott's
Forest now at Hull City. G Rennison who had trails with Nott's Forest
before playing for York City.

We have also had other professionals starting out at Northallerton
Juniors. Kevin Dawson at Nottingham Forest, Ian Clough played for
both York City and Scarborough. Michael Dawson signed for
Nottingham Forest now at Tottenham Hotspurs. Joe Bennett who is in
Aston Villa's first team.

Our first sponsors were Northallerton Tyre Services the kit was Blue with white trim.
