As the whole Milton Keynes looks all the same to all of us, the team were issued with maps from MK's website. Unfortunately, these were for their new ground - still a building site. This meant that BB weren't properly prepared, going 15-0 down in the first half, although this was partly self-inflicted.
Crawling their way back into contention, BB finally secured 3 tries, with Kelvin Smith (Taff to the rest of us) converting one try and one penalty.
Captain for the day Dave Curtis had his enthusiasm rewarded with a score for himself, while Craig Howting made his pace count in a late start to his season.
Solid throughout and despite not feeling his best, Man of the Match Tim Briggs made the best of the smallest of gaps in front of him at every opportunity, and was disappointed to have one try disallowed 30 seconds after it had been awarded. Nevertheless, his one score was very well deserved, and he was ably supported by the whole side throughout the second half.
