U8's Kettering Festival Winners.

The sun shone brightly at Kettering, where 8 clubs entered a total of 16 teams into the tag rugby festival. The Scouts had two teams into the competition. Scouts 1 played some superb attacking rugby during the festival and defensively grew stronger as the morning progressed. Scouts 2 remained unbeaten throughout their pool matches and overcame Stamford 5-0 in their semi final. The final was keenly contested against a very competitive Wellingborough team. The final score was 6-3 to Scouts.

Well done to all our players, coaches, fellow clubs and Kettering RFC for a thoroughly enjoyable morning. Next up the Saints tournament.
