Our North Bay Boys had a fantastic first day at the High School Rugby Championships in Philadelphia, defeating Rock Rugby (Texas), Legion (VA) and Downingtown (PA) in some very fast-moving, close matches. Saturday, Day 2, began with a victory over Salesianum (DE), putting North Bay in the quarter-finals where Malvern Prep handed them their first loss.
North Bay returned Sunday and faced Rock Rugby again, but after losing two key players to injuries, North Bay came up short this time, taking fourth place in this highly-competitive tournament of 18 teams.
