200 Club terms & conditions

The 200 Club will be operated under The Gambling Act 2005, which deals with a small society lottery. The Registered Organisation is: North London Cricket Club
NLCC reserves the right to alter the rules of the 200 Club from time to time, as may be necessary.

Any decisions from NLCC regarding the 200 Club will be final.

A copy of the rules will remain available on the website for the duration of the 200 Club fundraising period (March – August 31st 2026).

All profits made by the 200 Club will be used to support its objectives.
200 Club participants must be over 16 years of age.
200 Club members may buy multiple tickets.
Each 200 Club member (those who purchase a ticket) will be allocated a draw number, which will remain their own for the duration of this lottery
The 200 Club will be open for ticket purchasing from March 2026. Entry will close on 11.59pm May 29th 2026.

The ticket prices will be £20 per number, payable by: https://pay.collctiv.com/nlcc-200-club-85832, to be made before the 1st May 2026
A draw will take place four times: End of May, June, July, August 2026. The draw will be conducted by 3 people, one of whom will be Senior Management or a Trustee of NLCC, and will take place at the clubhouse or at an alternative suitable location. No 200 Club participant will be included in the draw if their payment has not been received by the 30th May 2026

If a new 200 Club member joins the 200 Club after the first draw of that year, the full ticket price of £20 will still be applicable (due by the 1st of the month before the next draw) and the member will only be entered into the remaining draws of that 200 Club year.

Subject to full take up of 200 members, prizes will be awarded on a monthly basis as follows – May, June, July 2026 – 1st prize £200, 2nd prize £100, 3rd prize £50 • August 2026 Bonus Draw – 1st prize £200, 2nd prize £100, 3rd prize £50, Bonus Prize, £75
In the event of there being less than 200 draw numbers, prizes shall be awarded on a pro rata basis of the actual number of draw numbers at the time of the draw.

In the event of there being more than 200 applications, NLCC will issue the required number of draw numbers to satisfy demand, and prizes will be awarded on a pro rata basis of the actual number of draw numbers at the time of the draw.

Winners of prizes will be notified by email, WhatsApp or telephone and the results of the draw will be published in the NLCC newsletter/membership e mail roundup
If a winner cannot be contacted the winnings will be placed into NLCC funds after 6 months

Prizes will be paid by bank transfer, and only to the person allocated to the winning number.
