Club Chairman Geoff, ex-captain Gracie, Welshman Daf and Henry "somewhere theres a screwloose" Matthews headed to Broadcast Centre in White City to feature on the show hosted by Matt Baker and Alex Jones.

They were joined by fagballers, dancers, cheerleaders and wrestlers to test out Miranda Hart's new comedy fitness DVD.

Donning pink headbands and shaking maracas, they made a right tit of themselves dancing about on National TV.

Still, Geoff got the club publicised.... again!
