A while back I decided to exercise every day round the outer perimeter of the two pitches x 6 laps. After completing the walk which was 300 laps, I now have reached a total distance of 100 MILES.

I did it for safe exercise for myself but I also did it to hopefully encourage more youthful legs to come and get fit for the commencement of Training proper whenever that is safe and possible to do so and authorised by the County & the RFU.

I intend to keep going and I hope eventually I will get some players there to keep me company.
