As you will be aware we are holding several fundraising events over the coming months to help raise funds to replace the Astro Turf at Marden Bridge.
We have secured a number of exciting prizes from local businesses such as The View, Gulshan, The Stand Comedy Club, Kirkley Hall Zoo, and Six:Baltic just to name a few. We need each club member to help sell raffle tickets to their friends, family, work colleagues and other supporters of our club.
Each raffle ticket is to be sold for £2.
The raffle will be drawn on the evening of Saturday 11th of May 2019 at Tynemouth Golf Club at our end of season celebration.
Raffle packs have been handed out to members at recent training sessions if you haven't received one as yet please contact you coach/captain.
We ask that raffle ticket stubs and money for tickets sold are returned in the money bag included. These should be returned to your Captain, Coach or to the central drop of point of John Spence Community High School reception, where our treasurer Helen Blair is based. If handing into John Spence please address an envelope to Helen Blair, North Shields Hockey Club.
All sold raffle ticket stubs and money are to be returned to the above persons by the evening of Tuesday 7th May to be entered into the draw.
