Wake up drink 750ml of water with a touch of natural sea salt. NOT table salt. Himalayan or Mediterranean I highly recommend.

Meat choice with steamed vegetables and a small amount of boiled rice
1 table spoon of coconut oil
2 x vitamin C 500mg or a multivitamin

11:30
Fish choice with steamed vegetables and boiled rice. Don't over do it on the rice.
Small bowel of dark berries

14:00
2 scoops of BCAAs with 500ml of water.

15:00 kick off
Half time 1 x scoop of BCAAs
