Norwich United are excited to announce the signing of 20 year old central midfielder Kyle Richardson, who joins The Planters following two seasons plying his trade at step 3 with Lowestoft Town, and more recently Leiston.

Kyle Richardson comes to the Planters with impressive pedigree having played at youth level for Ipswich and later earning a scholarship at Grimsby Town. Kyle then represented Lowestoft and Leiston for a year apiece and now joins Norwich United with significant higher level experience at an age where he will only improve.

Kyle is a versatile, left footed creative midfielder who also has experience of playing at left back. Fellow new signing Liam Jackson, who played with Kyle at Leiston last season, describes him as “a great player all round…he’s so composed, so calm on the ball”.

Norwich United boss Steve Eastaugh said of his latest signing: “Kyle is a young man with a bright future who now needs some stability to help him fulfil his potential. He gives us balance, creativity and will give us real competition for places in midfield areas.”
