On Saturday we are back at Plantation Park for our Thurlow Nunn Premier Division match against Mildenhall Town. We look forward to welcoming The Hall’s supporters, players and officials.
We can’t promise you the home goals that greeted our last game here, a relentless performance saw us bagging eight against Gorleston. Sadly we’d used too many up that night as we went out of the FA Cup losing 2-1 at March Town United just four days later. We did bounce back however with wins at Swaffham Town, 2-1, and Brantham Athletic, 3-1, to see us top the early league table.
Mildenhall, having been relegated from the Isthmian North Division last season, started with two defeats, losing by the only goal at Brantham and 3-1 at Ely City before crashing out of the FA Cup, 4-1 away to Biggleswade, but managed to record their first win last Saturday when they beat Hadleigh United 2-1 at home.
It should be a cracking game.
Thank you for your continued support and we look forward to seeing you at Plantation Park tomorrow!
