Last season the club introduced their first women’s team who were victorious in their first tournament entry at the Haggis Cup in Glasgow. This season the women will return to retain their title and the men will enter the tournament for the first time ever.

In addition to this there are friendly fixtures planned vs the very successful Wandsworth Demons who play in the London league and the University of Birmingham, a club full of youth and vitality.

2017 was a very successful year for the Nottingham Scorpions; the establishment of a women’s team, the men’s team finishing very close runners up in the AFLCNE league and of course the success of the Scorpion men and women who participated for GB in the International Cup in Melbourne and for England in the Euro Cup in Bordeaux where both teams claimed the titles of Champions of Europe.

It is an exciting time for the Scorpions who are hoping to grow the club this season, it’s the perfect time to get involved and try something new!
